This website, www.screensaversni.co.uk, is operated by ScreenSavers NI, a mobile device repair business based in Northern Ireland.
By using our website, booking a repair, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered
We provide repair services for:
Mobile phones
Tablets
Laptops
Game consoles
Services may include:
Screen replacements
Battery replacements
Charging port repairs
Diagnostics
Micro-soldering and board-level repairs
We may also sell accessories and refurbished devices.
All services and products are subject to availability.
3. Booking & Payments
Bookings may be made online, in person, or by phone.
Full payment must be made before any repair is carried out, in accordance with our company policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For mail-in repairs, payment must be received before the device is returned.
We accept cash, card, and selected online payment methods.
4. Consumer Rights (UK Law)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to the following:
Services
Repairs must be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
If a repair is not completed to a satisfactory standard, you are entitled to:
A repeat repair, or
A price reduction where appropriate.
Goods (Accessories or Devices)
If you purchase goods from us, they must be:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
As described
If a fault appears within 30 days, you may be entitled to a full refund.
After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement in line with UK consumer law.
5. Distance Selling & Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers who purchase goods online, by phone, or by mail have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exceptions
This right does not apply to:
Completed repair services
Services started with your consent during the cancellation period
Custom-ordered parts or special-order items
If you request a repair to begin within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be lost once the repair is completed.
6. Repairs & Warranty.
We use high-quality replacement parts.
Same-day service is offered where possible but is not guaranteed.
Most repairs include a lifetime warranty covering part defects only.

7. Data & Liability
We are not responsible for data loss.
Customers must back up devices before repair.
We are not liable for:
Pre-existing faults
Hidden internal damage
Issues unrelated to our repair
While we handle all devices with care, we are not liable for unforeseeable faults that occur during the repair process.
8. Returns & Refunds
Repairs
No refunds are given on completed repairs unless:
We cannot resolve the issue, and
No suitable solution is available.
Goods (Accessories/Devices)
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.

9. Shipping
Mail-in repairs are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Devices are usually shipped within 24 hours of repair completion (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
10. Privacy
We collect personal data only for booking, communication, and service purposes.
