At ScreenSavers NI, we know it’s not always convenient to visit us in person — that’s why we offer a Mail-In Repair Service for customers across the UK & Ireland.


Whether it’s a cracked screen, battery issue, or anything in between, we make it easy for you to send your device to us and have it repaired by our expert technicians.

Step 1 -Fill Out the Mail-In Request Form

Before sending your device, please complete our Mail-In Request Form. Once we’ve received and approved your request, you’ll get an email with all the details you need to send your device to us safely.


All mail-in repairs are subject to ScreenSavers NI’s terms and conditions.



🚨 Important: ScreenSavers NI cannot be held responsible for any devices sent to us without a completed request form or without prior agreement. Please ensure you fill in the form and wait for confirmation before posting your device.

📦 Step 2- How to Prepare Your Device


✅ Label Your Device
Attach a piece of paper or sticker to your device with the following details:

Your full name

Contact number

Return address

Device login passcode/password (if needed for testing)


✅ Package It Properly

Wrap your device securely in bubble wrap or other protective material.

If the device isn’t a phone or tablet, please also include the charger.

Clean the device beforehand if necessary.

Do not send cases, accessories, USB sticks, SIM cards, or any other extras — just the device (and charger if applicable).


✅ Use a Sturdy Box

Place the wrapped device into a rigid cardboard box.

Close the box securely with strong sticky tape to prevent damage during transit.


📮 Step 3 — Send Your Device

Please send your device to us using a tracked and insured courier or postal service. Our address is:

⏱️ Turnaround Time

Most mail-in repairs are completed within 1–3 business days of receiving your device, depending on:

The type of device

The nature of the repair

Our current repair queue


We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. If you need your repair urgently, expedited options may be available at an additional cost — please contact us in advance.


When estimating total time, don’t forget to factor in shipping times to and from our workshop.


🚚 Return Shipping

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all return shipments.

Includes compensation cover up to £750 as standard.

Additional cover is available (up to £2,500) for higher-value devices, and we’ll arrange this if needed.

⚠️ Undocumented Devices

Any device sent to ScreenSavers NI without completing the mail-in request form, without approval, or without prior notice will not be accepted for repair.


Such devices will be returned to you, and you’ll be responsible for:
